Despite not revealing the amount of resources exploited, he denounced the involvement of teenagers and young people who “dare” in the illegal practice of exploiting mineral resources.
He advocated the need to invest in the academic and technical-professional training of adolescents and young people, in order to contribute to the development of the country, due to the fact that most of the protagonists are unemployed.
Covering an area of 980 square kilometres, the municipality of Cuvango is 350 kilometers east of Lubango and has an estimated population of 103,262 inhabitants.
