Africa-Press – Angola. Five thousand and 300 liters of gasoline, which were destined for the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), were seized, in recent days, in the municipality of Quimbele, province of Uíge, by the Border Guard Police (PGF).

Speaking this Wednesday, the spokesman for the Provincial Command of the PN in Uíge, chief superintendent Freitas Zamas, explained that the product was being transported in a truck, in the section that connects the commune of Cuango (Quimbele) to DRC, where it would be marketed.

He explained that the authors of the action (two national citizens) fled after being surprised by the police forces.

As a result, the product was taken to the General Tax Administration (AGT), for the necessary legal procedures.
