Africa-Press – Angola. One hundred and 53 business institutions from different branches were certified, in the first half of this year, in the province of Moxico, by the National Institute of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (INAPEM).
The information was supplied by INAPEM’s head in Moxico, Henriques Quiluange, noting that of this number, 79 percent of certified companies have retail trade as their main activity, 10 percent provide services, seven in the agricultural sector and four are dedicated to in other economic activities.
Compared to the same previous period, there was an increase of seven companies that carry out actions in different areas, with emphasis on agriculture.
Henriques Quiluange believes that the companies were stimulated by the economic policy of the Angolan executive, due to the focus on national production.
On the occasion, he informed trade agents that certification can also be carried out electronically, on the new platform implemented by the National Institute of Support for Small and Medium-sized Companies.
