Africa-Press – Angola. Oil prices are close to $100 per barrel, due to disappointing levels of shale oil production in the United States and increasing concerns about global supply shortages, Bloomberg reports today.
For the fourth consecutive session of rising oil prices, a barrel of Brent, which serves as a reference for Angolan exports, rose 1.49%, to 95.84 dollars.
These prices follow a three-week recovery in both Brent oil and WTI crude oil, reaching ten-month highs, respectively.
