Africa-Press – Angola. The speech by the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, delivered this Wednesday in New York, United States of America (USA), in the General Debate of the 78th Session of the United Nations, constitutes the main highlight in the national and some international press this Thursday.

“Head of State spoke at the UN General Assembly – There is an invisible hand interested in the destabilization of the African Continent” and adds other titles “Gift between nations slows implementation of SDG” and “Luanda Biennial can serve as an inspiring reference for other regions of the world”

Jornal OPaís highlights “President of the Republic defends reform of the UN Security Council”, referring to the Head of State’s reminder of the need for changes in the institution’s system, taking into account the preservation of world peace and stability.

The country’s television and radio stations also mention, in their prime time slots and websites, the speech of the Head of State at the United Nations headquarters in New York, namely Televisão Pública de Angola (TPA), TV Zimbo and TV Girassol , as well as the main radio stations in the country, with emphasis on Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA).
