Africa-Press – Angola. The second secretary of the MPLA in the province of Benguela, Rosalina Kasisa, considered this Saturday, in this city, that the quality, capacity and individual vocation of the militants is fundamental in carrying out party political action.

The official addressed these words to her party’s members, at the opening of the first political-ideological training seminar for specialty committees of doctors and teachers.

“At the stage we are in, constant improvement is important, especially in attracting new activists, as well as the constant revitalization of the committees”, he defended.

Rosalina Kasisa recalled that the MPLA’s strategy has always been to train its staff, so that, in an organized way, they can be better prepared and qualified, when intervening in the tasks they propose to carry out.

“We want to take greater advantage of the technical-scientific knowledge acquired by you throughout your training and work career, and convert them into true instruments of support for the party”, he stressed.

According to her, the specialty committees are of great importance to the MPLA, with regard to assuming strategies aimed at developing the country, and the province of Benguela in particular.

At the end, he thanked the participants for their presence and the availability of the trainers to lecture on the selected subjects, with the aim of continuing to galvanize the MPLA’s structures.

On the sidelines of the meeting, one of the professors stated that the aforementioned seminar provides its members with ideological instruments, to help create more cohesion among the activists.
