Africa-Press – Angola. Academic Evandro Fernando considers that professional training for Public Administration in Angola “is very well aligned in several courses”, but defended that we continue to invest “in greater rigor so that it responds to the current challenges of the market”.

In the book, entitled “Manual of Professional Training for Angolan Public Administration”, to be released today, at the National School of Administration and Public Policies (ENAPP), the author argues that professional training for Public Administration “must be systematized and organized”.

“Although we have a set of diplomas that refer to training, in Angola there is no uniformity in the approach to professional training”, he considers.

Evandro Fernando also points out the paths to follow and draws attention “on the need for an understanding of training in a systematic and organized way”.

With 252 pages, the book is being sold at 9,500 kwanzas and is aimed at Human Resources managers in the Public Administration, professionals from legal offices, trainers and directors of professional centers, among others.

A civil servant and professional training consultant, Evandro Fernando has a digital book focused on literature, entitled “Something to Say.” The author has a degree in Law and a master’s degree in Law, Security and Intelligence.
