The Angolan diplomat was also received by the ambassador and Deputy Director for Africa, Zhao Bing, a moment that served to address the status of ongoing sectoral projects financed by Chinese institutions.The diplomats discussed the current situation regarding Chinese financing within the framework of the China Africa Cooperation Forum (FOFAC), with the Deputy Director for Africa expressing interest in supporting Angolan technicians in training and capacity building for the preparation of projects to be financed.
