Africa-Press – Angola. The Andulo-Mussende road, which connects the provinces of Bié and Cuanza-Sul, will be rehabilitated with the aim of making circulation between the two regions easier, announced today the MPLA candidate for President of the Republic, João Lourenço.
The MPLA leader, who was speaking at the mass political rally, at Praça da Solidariedade in the city of Cuito, as part of the electoral campaign for the General Elections of August 24, underlined that for “ development to occur, it is essential to bet on roads ” .
He added that it was possible to increase agricultural production, multiplying the production capacity of grains and cereals, from more electricity supply.
According to João Lourenço, the province of Bié has many works carried out during his term, noting that the region can ” gain much more if it guarantees the vote number 8 (the MPLA number in the Voting Bulletin) in the elections of the August 24th ” .
