Africa-Press – Angola. In the last 24 hours, Angola administered 4,011 doses of vaccines at different High-Performance Vaccination Posts, according to data from the newsletter of the National Directorate of Public Health (DNSP), distributed this Sunday to the press.

The provinces with the highest daily production were Uíge with 3,176, Namibe (313), Huambo (147), Benguela (111) and Cuanza Sul (96).

Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign against Covid-19 in Angola, in March 2021, 18,677,946 doses have been administered, with a rate of 34.23 percent of the target population, aged 12 years or over.

Of the 18,677,946 vaccinated citizens, 6,480,227 have full doses and 12,241,069 with just one dose.

According to the DNSP bulletin, the Vaccination Program plans to immunize a total of 20,754,946 of the eligible population.
