Africa-Press – Angola. Angola is since Tuesday participating in the “Hospitality Qatar 2025,” an event considered the largest fair dedicated to the tourism, hospitality and similar services industries, which takes place annually in Doha, the capital of the State of Qatar.
According to a press release, the Angolan ambassador to Qatar, AntoĢnio Coelho Ramos da Cruz, participated in the opening ceremony of the event, which takes place from October 28 to 30.
The fair marks ten years of uninterrupted events, characterized by excellence, innovation, and organizational rigor, consolidating the event as one of the main international platforms part of the HORECA universe which includes hotels, restaurants, and catering.
Angola is present with a multimedia and multifunctional pavilion, showcasing the country’s potential in various sectors of the economy, with special emphasis on tourism and hospitality, with a view to direct investment abroad.
The note added that the national exhibition space has generated considerable interest among visitors, especially for the coffee brands with the “Made in Angola” label that are recognized due to their quality, intense aroma and authentic flavor, which have captured the attention of professionals and investors present at the fair.
The event is part of Qatar’s national strategy for the development of tourism and hospitality until 2030, with a projected total investment of approximately USD 45 billion, aimed at economic diversification and modernization of the sector’s infrastructure.
Angola’s participation will certainly reinforce the country’s commitment to the international promotion of its image, economic diversification, and the strengthening of strategic partnerships that can contribute to the sustainable and competitive growth of the Angolan economy.
