Africa-Press – Angola. Angola hosts from 18 to 22 September this year, for the first time, the Annual Conference of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Lawyers, a representative body of lawyers, lawyer associations and legal societies.
The information was revealed yesterday to the press, in Caxito, by the chairman of the Angolan Bar Association, Luís Paulo Monteiro, who informed that the meeting has the support of the Angolan State.
At the moment, OAA is committed to preparing the event, said the official on the sidelines of the inauguration of the OAA delegation in Bengo province.
SADC’s annual conference will have a varied theme, but the focus will be on the advocacy that is carried out in each of the member countries.
The meeting held in Angola will be a way for countries from the same region, different languages and different law to be able to address the issue of law at the level of the region”, he highlighted.
