Africa-Press – Angola. University professor Domingos Francisco João presents, on Thursday (3), in Luanda, the scientific work entitled «The Relevance and Legal-Economic Regime of Real Estate Registration in Angola», in a session to be held at the Faculty of Law of the Agostinho Neto University.
The work is the result of the final assessment requirement of the Master’s degree in Legal and Civil Sciences of the Center for Studies, Research and Postgraduate Studies of the Lusiada University of Angola, in cooperation with the University of Lisbon, Portugal.
The work discusses Angola’s real estate registrations in the context of democracy and the market economy.
In statements, the author stated that despite the work being developed on a fundamentally legal level and being related to Angola, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, and in Law and International Business by the European University of the Atlantic, in Spain, where he is a PhD student.
His professional career includes teaching at university level in Angola in the subjects of Economic Law, Natural Resources and the Environment, Urban Planning, Real Estate Rights and Introduction to Law, and as a trainer at IFAL-Institute for the Training of Local Administration and several NGOs working with land, development and habitat law in Angola.
He is the author of the works Essential Themes of Angolan Economic Law – Volume I, Angolan Real Estate Law – Real Estate, Lessons in Angolan Economic Law, From Darkness to Light and Angolan Law in Context – Contributions to its Study and Understanding.
