Africa-Press – Angola. Mobile payments as a facilitator of the development of the African economy and the Impact of New Technologies on the Media will be discussed yesterday at the opening of the 3rd edition of ANGOTIC 2023 – International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies in Angola.
Throughout the first day, around 15 topics should be addressed, including courses for Angolan universities on the design , construction and launch of small satellites .
There should also be discussions on other topics such as “Privacy and Data Protection – Human Vulnerability”, “Earth Observation Satellite Applications”, “Digital Identity”, “Emerging Broadband Technologies, Telecommunications/ICT for rural and remote areas” , “5G – Key Challenges for Deployment in Africa”.
“Business Models for Space Technology”, “Digital innovation Hubs: SME digital innovation”, “Disruptive technologies: blockchain and artificial intelligence”, MasterClass: cybersecurity trends” and how to “Protect your business”, “Content and digital media ”, “Lunch at a high-level conference on the market and technology 5.0”, Connectivity and technological modernization are other selected topics.
The 3rd edition of ANGOTIC 2023 – International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies of Angola, with the motto “Connectivity and Technological Modernization”, kicks off yesterday at the Talatona Convention Centre, in Luanda.
ANGOTIC 2023 is a global event on information and communication technologies, held and promoted by the Government of Angola, through the Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication.
The event aims to promote debate around current, global and future issues of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), sharing knowledge and facilitating networking for government entities, exhibitors, specialists, presenting innovations, as well as trends in the sector.
The largest International Forum on Technologies in Angola “ANGOTIC 2023” returns this Monday, at the Talatona Convention Center, in Luanda, after two years of stoppage, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
