Africa-Press – Angola. The National Association of Poultry Farmers of Angola (ANAVI) will begin, on Friday, the survey of poultry producers in the provinces of Luanda, Bengo, Huíla and Cuanza-Sul, with the aim of mapping local producers to identify needs, challenges and opportunities in the sector.
According to a note from ANAVI, the initiative is part of the National Chicken Consortium Program (CFN) and meets the guidance of the Minister of State for Economic Coordination, José de Lima Massano, and aims to identify the needs and challenges faced by local producers, as well as facilitate the implementation of support policies and specific financing programs for the sector.
During the process, meetings will be held in each province to present the program and carry out mapping in poultry farms, final production units for eggs and meat, feed factories and slaughterhouses.
