The person responsible clarified that the respective equipment will be installed in containerized mobile agencies, which can assume the role of ‘ATM Center’, with solutions developed for customers.
He assured that containerized agencies are already available and there are even some in operation.
According to Vítor Rodrigues, this equipment results from the transformation of cargo containers into autonomous and mobile banking points, customizable according to the bank’s needs and its external image.
These containers, he continued, may consist of an ATM Center and adopt the model of a bank agent or service point, being equipped with an ATM, deposit and payment machines, recyclers and bank card printers, as well as a room for meetings, among others. solutions.
The source pointed to the ease of installing and transporting containers, as well as the high level of security, as factors that allow the expansion of the banking network in remote areas of the country, with a substantially lower investment than in traditional spaces.
This solution, he considered, also has the advantage of transforming containers locally, favoring Angolan raw materials, with the exception of banking hardware, which is ordered from external suppliers.
On the other hand, alongside the installation of new payment, deposit and account opening machines (ATM Center), the CEO of Innovation Makers said that the EMIS solution for mobile payments, through the ‘QR Code’ in TPA, is in testing phase, a service that will also be integrated into your company’s solutions, in the first quarter of this year, becoming available in all TPAs in the country.
“This innovative solution on the market makes payments faster, by allowing holders of the Multicaixa Express application to make payments via QR Code, via their cell phone, interacting with the merchant’s TPA”, he clarified.
He considered the availability of these services and products (mobile payments, quick and easy installation ATM Center, among others) as the main solutions in the financial sector that can help prevent and reduce flooding in banking institutions.
Therefore, Vítor Rodrigues guaranteed that his company, in partnership with commercial banks, will continue to provide solutions adapted to the Angolan market, to help solve, gradually, the problem of constant queues or flooding at ATMs, especially at the end of each month.
