Africa-Press – Angola. Banco VTB África is one of the many national and foreign investors with declared loss of land exploration rights in the Catumbela Industrial Development Pole, in Benguela, due to inactivity of the space in the last eight years.
This argument put forward by the Pole’s Board of Directors, in a public announcement, determines the immediate cessation and abandonment of any other activity in the area of 35 thousand square meters that the banking entity shared with the previously surface-owned Africons-Sociedade de Comércio Geral Importação e Construção Limitada and COGIMBO Imobiliária Limitada.
The unilateral decision obliges those concerned to leave the aforementioned rustic building free of people and goods, burdens or charges.
