Democratic Bloc reaffirms appeal to the population for the preservation of peace

Africa-Press – Angola. The provincial secretary of the Democratic Bloc in Uíge, Diavova Gaspar, reaffirmed Saturday, the appeal to the region’s population to invest in actions to preserve peace, tolerance and love for others.

Diavova Gaspar, who was speaking at the meeting to set up a coordination center for the nucleus of the Bloco Democrático party in the Quigima neighbourhood, referred that these actions aim to achieve social well-being.

The politician also asked political and religious organizations to continue working with citizens, as a measure aimed at implementing and consolidating peace.

The provincial secretary of the Democratic Block also appealed for every citizen to be an active agent of tolerance, love of neighbor and conservation of public goods.

Regarding the creation of the nucleus of the Democratic Block in the Quigima neighborhood, on the outskirts of the city of Uíge, Diavova Gaspar said that it aims to continue defending the party’s ideals, as well as the rights of citizens in the communities.

Diavova Gaspar also reaffirmed that her party will continue to work with the population so that the municipal elections take place in the country.

Regarding social mobilization, Diavova Gaspar said that the Democratic Block controls more than six thousand militants.
