Africa-Press – Angola. Angolan Interbank Services Company (EMIS) announced Friday that the maximum limit for sending and receiving money via Express will be 500,000 kwanzas per day on each Multicaixa card, up from the previous Kz 300,000, as from September 19.
EMIS also increased the maximum transfer limit per transaction from 100,000 kwanzas to Kz 250,000.
For monthly transfers, each card now has a maximum limit of three million, up from the previous one million and 200,000 kwanzas.
According to EMIS, the increase in Express transfer limits aims to meet the growing needs of users and facilitate day-to-day operations, offering greater flexibility and convenience in transactions.
According to EMIS, the new Express cash options enable quick transfers between cards associated with Multicaixa Express and eliminate the need to enter your own mobile phone number or IBAN.
This improvement, it adds, comes at a time when more than 20% of users were making transfers between their own cards.
With this, the entity responsible for managing the Multicaixa network reinforces its commitment to modernizing payment methods and offering more practical, faster, and secure solutions for all users.
