Africa-Press – Angola. The Ministry of Finance (MINFIN) clarifies that wage processing runs normally without any interruption or suspension.
In a statement on Tuesday, this ministerial department considers false information that has been circulating in some digital media and social networks, according to which ‘salary processing is temporarily suspended indefinitely due to taxi service stoppage in the city of Luanda.
According to MINFIN, this narrative is an act of severe misinformation, with the potential to generate unjustified alarm among public servants and undermine trust in state institutions.
Therefore, the Ministry of Finance vehemently repudiates the dissemination of false content and appeals to the population and employees to be informed only through official government channels and avoid sharing content of dubious origin.
The Ministry of Finance is the ministerial department that has the mission to propose, conduct, execute and evaluate the policy of public finance, as well as promote the rational management of public financial and patrimonial resources and the balance of public accounts, and implement public investment policies.
