Africa-Press – Angola. The provincial governor of Luanda, Manuel Homem, will carry out a field trip in the municipality of Kilamba Kiaxi, to find out about the social infrastructure and the state of secondary and tertiary roads.
The journey, lasting two days, starts on Thursday and is part of the “governing together” program, which aims, among others, to work with communities.
According to a note from the provincial government, Manuel Homem will monitor the construction work on water supply points, issues linked to education, health, public safety, among others.
In the municipality, the governor will grant hearings, participate in a tree planting campaign and meet with residents.
The inauguration of the police station in the Rastas neighborhood and the Services Fair are included in the program.
The “govern together” program began in the municipality of Viana, in November 2023.
