Africa-Press – Angola. The governor of Cunene, Gerdina Didalelwa, asked this Thursday, the new secretary general of the government, a responsible management of the treasury after deposition.
The governor made this statement during the swearing in of the new general secretary of the Cunene government, Henriques Cambungo, replacing Valodia Francisco.
Gerdina Didalelwa recalled that the general secretary of the government is the core of the functioning of the government structure, the area that manages financial resources, which requires a rigorous and serious administration from the person in charge.
He said that the management of public funds is of great responsibility, and its manager must have, at least, all the legislative and technical tools capable of facilitating the improvement of the management of public affairs.
“Today we are all called to be more careful with the management of the treasury, so that later the law does not come to weigh on our shoulders” he warned.
In the same act, the new deputy municipal administrator for the Technical, Infrastructure and Community Services area of Cuanhama, Jeckson Sacato, was also sworn in.
The head of the technical department for the municipalities Tenório Sacato and Emanuela Perestrelo for the position of head of the department for development, rehabilitation and real estate management of the infrastructure office also appears among those sworn in.
