Africa-Press – Angola. The Provincial Government of Luanda (GPL) will make available, in the next few days, new platforms for communication and interaction with citizens, informed, this Wednesday, the director of the Institutional Communication and Press Office, Wilson dos Santos.
The official informed the fact at the Forum on sharing GPL communication platforms, emphasizing that it was the Citizen Relations Center (CRM), radio and television programs, meetings with the Governor and a smartphone application.
He referred that these will be associated with the digital and physical platforms already available in 2022, such as social networks, the Provincial Government portal and the quarterly magazine.
According to Wilson dos Santos, these new forms of communication will allow citizens to interact directly with Governor Manuel Homem, provincial government officials, make complaints, give suggestions and/or solutions, schedule hearings and receive news about ongoing actions, among other situations.
He explained that the instruments have already been completed, and tests are currently being carried out with a specific group of citizens for their availability, in which they have had 60 percent acceptance in what is the response of these platforms.
About the event, he said that it is part of a set of communication actions that are being implemented by the GPL, for greater openness and to keep the citizen more informed regarding the new model of governance of the province, within the maxim “Luanda needs you “.
During the forum, an advertising spot for the “Luanda Predicts You” campaign, testimonies of young people involved in the campaign, cultural moments and a round table on “Humanization of services and relationships in Luanda” were shown.
