Africa-Press – Angola. The National Senior Women’s Handball Team won today (Monday), in Accra, the Algerian counterpart, by 38-18, in the closing match of the group stage of the tournament of the 13th edition of the African Games, taking place in Ghana.
At halftime of the match, the Angolan team already held a 22-9 advantage, demonstrating all its capacity and competitive superiority.
Before, the “Pearls” beat Burkina Faso (47-13) and Ghana (35-13), respectively, for the first and second round of the competition.
In the next phase, the Angolan team will be able to face the winner of the challenge between Cameroon and Congo.
