Africa-Press – Angola. More than thirty public managers from the municipality of Cuemba, Province of Bié, were updated on Thursday by the General Inspectorate of State Administration (IGAE) on Ethics and Professional Deontology.
The training programme aimed to train public managers of the budgeted units to improve service rendering.
On the occasion, the IGAE delegate in Bié, Adilson Mariano Inácio, stressed that the seminar also served to assess efficiency and professional ethics in administrative practice, as well as reinforce work organization.
The official informed that IGAE has been promoting similar training in all municipalities, due to the fact that it registers reports of poor services in public administration.
For his part, Cuemba’s municipal administrator, Baptista Canolossi Jambela Albino, highlighted that, with this training, public managers are better prepared to carry out their duties with greater professionalism
