Africa-Press – Angola. More than 50 engineering students from the Instituto Superior Politécnico Privado do Uíge exhibited, on Friday, technological and architectural solutions, at the first edition of the “EXPO-ISPPU” Telecommunications Fair.
The activity included the exhibition of more than 30 architectural, electronic, management and control systems for water reserves, electricity, mechanics and other projects.
Due to the need to use new Information and Communication Technologies, the coordinator of EXPO-ISPPU, Alberto Lopes Kuxiqui, highlighted the importance of investing in training young people in Engineering courses, justifying that this area develops self-employment.
In turn, the president of the Instituto Superior Politécnico Privado do Uíge (ISPPU)), Fernando Makaya, was proud of the work done by the students.
The fair is an initiative of the Engineering Department of the Instituto Superior Politécnico Privado do Uíge.
