The president of the Superior Council for the Judiciary (CSMJ), Joel Leonardo, made this appeal during the end-of-year greetings ceremony.
Joel Leonardo defended greater dynamism in resolving issues related to the escape from paternity and family, particularly in courts where there is a growing number of these processes.
As an example, the magistrate referred to cases of widows or death, whose processes are being processed in the courts to recover the amounts left and the delay in cases related to inheritance.
He defended the improvement of the quality of work offered to citizens and in the technology segment.
The magistrate recognized the work carried out by the courts, at the country level, during the current year, and encouraged professionals to continue to develop their crafts successfully.
Presided over by the presiding judge of the Supreme Court, the Superior Council for the Judiciary is responsible for the management and discipline of judicial magistrates.
