Africa-Press – Angola. At least 350 young Angolans will be trained in subjects related to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), within the scope of a cooperation protocol signed this Tuesday, in Luanda, between the Luanda Entrepreneur Academy (AEL) and the Chinese company Huawei.

The agreement, signed by the director of AEL, Sandra Batalha, and the head of Huawei in Angola, António Ho, also aims to contribute to the quality of training for young people in the field of digitalization.

According to Sandra Batalha, this partnership will contribute to digital inclusion, becoming an indispensable tool for entrepreneurs.

In turn, António Ho clarified that the first phase includes the training of trainers, in addition to the construction of a laboratory and the creation of online classes to help young people.

He said that candidates will be trained in Ultra Intelligence, online classes, among others.

In addition to the signed cooperation agreement, AEL hosted the Expo Jovens Empreendedores, as part of the institution’s 3rd anniversary, marked on April 29th.

At this fair, which was attended by more than 250 young entrepreneurs, products linked to catering, science and technology and tailoring were exhibited, in addition to round tables on topics such as “The importance of training for the beginning of an entrepreneurial journey” and “Current trends in young entrepreneurship in the digital market”.
