Africa-Press – Angola. The Dodôs or Club M carry out, today, the second training session at Estádio dos Coqueiros, in downtown Luanda, with the group already complete, after the other six members have joined the group at the Hotel Belo Horizonte, in Luanda.

Some players and a few other elements of the Mauritius national team’s technical team stayed in the city of Johannesburg, for operational reasons of the national flag carrier, according to a source from the Angolan Football Federation (FAF).

The team arrived in Luanda on Tuesday on the same flight, with the Palancas Negras, but with a sports delegation of 23 people. Yesterday, in the afternoon, Mauritius held the first training session at Estádio dos Coqueiros, with an incomplete group, focused on recovering the athletes’ physical condition.

The selection, which qualifies in this tie, will play in the next phase against the winner of the match between South Africa and the Comoros Islands. This match will also be played on Saturday, at 14:00, at the Dobsonville Stadium, in the city of Johannesburg, referring to the second leg of the tie.

In the first leg, Bafana Bafana beat their opponents with immense difficulties, 1-0, at the Côte d’Ôr National Complex Stadium, in Port Louis, with a goal scored by Khulekani Shezi.
