Africa-Press – Angola. Angola urgently needs to start producing some widely consumed products to safeguard its external sustainability, according to the Minister of State for Economic Coordination, José de Lima Massano.
In the opinion of the Minister of State for Economic Coordination, the country cannot continue to use Net International Reserves (RIL) to meet import needs.
For José de Lima Massano, quoted this Wednesday by Rádio Nacional de Angola, if Angola persists in using RIL to alleviate the deficit in internal production “it could enter into a situation of insecurity in the medium and long term”.
