Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of Territory Administration, Dionísio Manuel da Fonseca, reiterated, in Benguela, the reinforcement at forty million dollars for the Integrated Local Development and Poverty Development Program.
Dionísio da Fonseca highlighted this subject at the end of the first technical-scientific journeys on local development, saying that it aims to contemplate the new municipalities created based on the new political and administrative division.
This diploma was approved at the session of the Council of Ministers and will be published soon
He praised the participation of all students from the universities of Benguela Province in these journeys with their contributions and thanked the partnership of the Katyavala Bwila University in carrying out the activity.
For two days, in the first technical and scientific hours on local development, topics such as infrastructure, mobility, transportation and logistics, energy and water, connectivity in the context of local development, the experience of the Cabinda Cabito corridor and the drought fighting infrastructures in the province of Cunene were discussed.
