Speaking during the visit of SADC employment and labor ministers and social partners to the site, the Secretary of State highlighted that he was “impressed” with the Center’s business incubator process, an experience that will be used by his country.

“We saw the incubators at CLESE, an important aspect and it is an experience that we will gather from Angola, to continue and improve in Mozambique” he reaffirmed.

He declared that there are similarities and there are experiences to share between Angola and Mozambique, especially in the commitment that the Angolan Government has to provide means of work to young people, tools for them to start their first job.

He congratulated Angola on the employability measures that are similar to what they are doing in Mozambique, with the “My kit, my job” program, which in Angola is called Action Plan for the Promotion of Employability ( PAPE).

In turn, the head of CLESE-Lubango, Dinis Cambulu, explained that the center has 10 incubators, in which the candidate goes through three phases in the incubation process from pre-incubation, incubation and post-incubation.
