The number two of the party of comrades, who was speaking at the opening of the second MPLA Methodological Meeting, stressed that defining methods, techniques and action strategies presupposes ensuring the conditions for the perpetuity of the party.
“As it is everyone’s domain, the observable transformations, these days, are increasingly accelerated”, she recalled.
For Luísa Damião, we live in an era where the emergence of new phenomena is constant and which result, among others, from the high population growth, the flow of information, the effects of the transformation of the world, in a global village inherent to the inevitable cybernetic order.
