Africa-Press – Angola. The first secretary of the MPLA in Bié province, Pereira Alfredo, reiterated Saturday, the focus on permanent training of staff, for better performance, given the challenges of continuing to direct the country’s destinies.

According to the party member, speaking at the second provincial methodological meeting on the organization of the party’s internal work, the MPLA, depending on the new social, economic and political context, reinforced training actions for cadres and leaders, to find solutions to the real problems to be addressed. population faces.

Therefore, he asked the members and militants, in general, for a deep reflection on the internal life of the MPLA, knowing the “origin, evolution and the future, in the perspective of maintaining the unity and cohesion necessary to continue leveraging the party”.

Pereira Alfredo also appealed to members to become activists, with a focus on raising awareness among new militants to make the party increasingly stronger.

Under the motto: “Dynamize the Party’s Structures for a Better Insertion of the MPLA in Society”, the meeting was attended by 100 members, representing the nine municipalities of Bié province.

The event discussed issues related to the departments of organization, mobilization, management of personnel, former Combatants and veterans of the Motherland, information and propaganda, administration and finance, political, economic, social and electoral matters, as well as the discipline and audit committee.
