Africa-Press – Angola. MPLA militants who hold positions of direction and leadership in the municipal administration of Cuanhama, completed this Saturday, a political and ideological training that served to improve knowledge about the organization and functioning of the party.

Lasting nine days, the training action addressed topics related to the collection of staff management regulations, the MPLA 2023/2027 governance program and the history of the party.

At the end of the act, the head of the Staff Management session of the MPLA Provincial Committee in Cunene, Esmeraldino Panduleinge, said that the training will improve mastery of the party’s ideology.

He said that the training will enable leaders to draw up reliable plans in obedience to the axes of the governance program for the 2022/2027 period, aiming to respond to electoral promises.

In turn, the trainees committed themselves to complying with the organization’s intentions and cooperating in the materialization of proposals that aim to satisfy the aspirations of the Angolan people.

In their message, the participants highlighted that ideological political training allowed to gain the relationship between the party and its government, towards the improvement of knowledge and political and ideological, technical, professional, behavioral and scientific skills.
