Africa-Press – Angola. Huíla province needs more investment in tourism and the whole chain, to make it more attractive to national and foreign tourists, proposed, in Lubango, the secretary of the Political Bureau of the MPLA Central Committee for Staff Policy, Maria Angela Braganca.
The also coordinator of the BP follow-up group to Huíla, made this exhortation yesterday, at the end of the 3rd ordinary meeting of the provincial committee of the party, mentioning that it is a challenge that the MPLA has from the Provincial Committee and with the central direction of the Party to seek advocacy, to mobilize resources and make the province what all Huilanos want.
For the director, “Huíla is not an island, it is a part of the country that has a lot to offer, due to its economic potential, the capacity for achievement that its inhabitants have and, above all, the will of its inhabitants for healthy competition “.
“We are therefore going to work not to disappoint expectations, the expectation is a better Huíla, a profitable, developed Huíla, but also a better country”, he stressed.
He highlighted that the MPLA’s Political Agenda 2023/2027 included a close look at society, social organizations, not only those that deal with political provisions, but also investing in civic and cultural actions, with problems of care and assistance to children and to women’s empowerment issues.
“The agenda wants internal life on the one hand and society on the other, we have to be hand in hand, because the party does not exist for itself, it exists for society, to interact and the great motto this year is to communicate better, it’s work and proximity and for that we have to feel proud if we manage to plan the magic portion, to continue working for our people”.
