Africa-Press – Angola. The municipality of Chinguar, like the others in the province of Bié, already issues Commercial and Industrial Permits, as of, with the entry into operation of the new services.
The new Integrated Licensing Services for Commercial and Industrial Activities have the capacity to issue close to 50 permits/day.
Located 75 kilometers west of the city of Cuito, in the province of Bié, the commerce sector in Chinguar controls more than 240 commercial establishments, and 60 small industries, with a workforce of more than 250 individuals.
On the occasion, the director of the Cabinet for Economic and Integrated Development in Chinguar, Mário Filipe, said that it was a modern system, easy to print and with security measures difficult to counterfeit.
According to the person in charge, the entry into operation of this system is framed in administrative deconcentration and decentralization, with the components transferred to the municipality, where the request is made using the internet, and the user can print from his company.
According to Mário Filipe, until last month, economic agents traveled to Cuito and the provinces of Huambo and Benguela, in order to obtain the document, a situation that is outdated, with the legalization of economic activity in the municipality of Chinguar.
The commercial license is a document issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry which, along with others, legitimizes economic agents to carry out their activities in various areas of the commercial sector.
