Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the Board of Directors of the National Assembly, Suzana de Melo, reaffirmed Tuesday, the body’s continued commitment to improving the working conditions of deputies from provincial circles.
The official took on this commitment at the end of a two-day working visit to Malanje province, where she met with officials from the Provincial Support Office for Deputies, with resident parliamentarians and with the governor of Malanje, Marcos Nhunga.
In this perspective, he stressed that the Board of Directors carries out visits to provincial offices, with a view to assessing the assets and working conditions of parliamentarians and administrative staff.
He made it known that in terms of the province of Malanje, the infrastructures are preserved, despite some infiltration of rainwater, which does not prevent the normal functioning of the office.
He pointed out the shortage of computer equipment as the biggest concern, which guaranteed a resolution in the short term.
The delegation is heading to Uíge province yesterday, after having worked in Malanje and Cuanza Norte.
