Africa-Press – Angola. The Prime Minister of Portugal, António Costa, left the Angolan capital (Luanda) at the beginning of the evening, bound for South Africa, as part of the strengthening of cooperation between the two countries.
In South Africa, where the President of the Republic of Portugal, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, is already present, the agenda includes contacts with the South African authorities and with the resident Portuguese community.
During his two-day stay in Luanda, António Costa met with President João Lourenço, as well as witnessed the signing of 13 legal instruments between the two countries. He also visited tourist and cultural spots.
The Portuguese Prime Minister also met with heads of Portuguese companies investing in Angola.
