Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, said Tuesday in Lisbon that “there are some success stories” of businessmen who are using the credit line of the German bank Deutsche Bank, to make important investments in the Angolan economy.
“It is commercial banks that have to capitalize entrepreneurs. The Executive obtained a credit line from the German bank in the amount of US$1.0 billion to finance the private sector of the economy”, said João Lourenço, when asked Tuesday about the decapitalization of entrepreneurs in an interview granted to RTP África.
The Head of State also recalled that “it is not a question of supply: it is a credit”, for whom the private sector has to fight and qualify to benefit from this same financing that the Executive has made available to the business sector, which in his opinion, some have been able to take advantage of it.
