Africa-Press – Angola. The disorderly sale on public roads, in the municipality of Cacuaco, will deserve a fierce fight, in the near future, with the opening of several rehabilitated streets, announced yesterday, the administrator Auzílio Jacob.

The administrator, who was talking about the reopening of public roads, rehabilitated under the Integrated Plan for Intervention in Municipalities (PIIM), asked the population to follow the steps that the municipality is taking towards progress.

Thus, he stressed that citizens should be aware that the town of Cacuaco is an urban area, hence it is reprehensible that people continue to set up stalls to sell on the street. Auzílio Jacob stressed that the Municipal Administration of Cacuaco wants to end the scenario of roads transformed into places for the commercialization of various goods. “If the road is a good for all, they cannot use it to destroy it”.

With regard to buyers, the administrator warned that they can also be sanctioned if they are caught making purchases from vendors who set up benches on the street.

“Traffic vending was only allowed on the road that leads to the Cerâmica neighborhood, because it was under construction, but now road traffic needs to be reopened, a process that is not possible with vendors and vehicles, because it can lead to pedestrians being run over and other types of vehicles. of accidents”, explained the administrator. To avoid unpleasantness, Auzílio Jacob urged the sellers to go to the Mercado do Embondeiro, a space that is practically empty.
