Africa-Press – Angola. The Secretary of State for Justice, Evaristo Solano, has confirmed since Thursday, in Cuanza Sul province, the degree of operation of the services in the sector, with emphasis on technical difficulties and infrastructure.
Speaking to the press, after a courtesy meeting with the vice-governor for the technical sector and infrastructures, Heitor Alfredo, the Secretary of State said that the two-day visit was aimed at verifying the organizational level of the institutions of the sector and correct any failures, with a view to improving services for the benefit of the population.
“We are aware that the sector in the region has faced some difficulties, so we came to check this information. It is a process that will take place in all the provinces of the country so that we can subsequently give due treatment, since there are buildings that require intervention and equipment that need replacement”, he stressed.
For his part, the provincial delegate for Justice and Human Rights, Lino Kupenga, explained that the sector in the region is mainly facing problems related to infrastructure, as well as computer means that have made it difficult to issue ID cards and other documents. .
During his stay in Cuanza Sul, the official will observe the functioning of the Provincial Delegation of Justice and Human Rights, the AAA and the registry offices in the municipalities of Sumbe, Seles, Quibala and Amboim, in addition to meeting with officials of the sector.
