Africa-Press – Angola. The director of the Institutional Communication and Press office of the Migration and Foreigners Service (SME), Commissioner Simão Milagres, died early this Thursday, victim of a car accident in Luanda.
The information was provided to the press by the director of the Institutional Communication and Press office of the Ministry of the Interior, Vasco da Gama.
The accident took place on the Via Expressa, in the Capalanga area, in the municipality of Viana, close to the Security Unit for Economic Objectives.
