Africa-Press – Angola. TAAG, in partnership with the Angolan Tourism Development Institute (INFOTUR), has launched the “Rediscover Angola” campaign, an initiative that aims to strengthen domestic tourism and boost air traffic on domestic routes during the dry season. According to a statement, the three-month campaign, May, June and July, covers destinations with tourism potential, such as Cabinda, Cuito (Bié), Catumbela (Benguela), Dundo (Lunda Norte), Huambo, Lubango (Huíla), Luena (Moxico), Namibe, Ondjiva (Cunene), Saurimo (Lunda Sul), Menongue (Cuando Cubango) and Soyo (Zaire).
TAAG recognizes the country’s vast tourism potential and believes that enhancing its natural, historical and cultural riches begins with encouraging internal mobility.
The campaign includes promotional activities, ticket draws and exclusive content on various communication platforms to promote the wonders of Angola.
In addition to reinforcing the country’s position as a tourist destination, the initiative seeks to stimulate the local economy and attract investors.
