Africa-Press – Angola. The Mini-Summit on the situation in the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) ended this Wednesday night, which took place in Luanda, under the mediation of Angola, through the Head of State, João Lourenço.

The meeting brought together the Presidents of the DRC, Felix Tshisekedi, of Burundi, Évariste Ndayishimiye, the former President of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta, as a facilitator for East Africa, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Rwanda, Vincent Biruta.

The Luanda meeting aimed to produce a communiqué with the contribution of the parties involved in the conflict that opposes the DRC to Rwanda.
