In relation to other African countries, the Venezuelan ambassador said that cooperation relations have grown significantly and Venezuela is committed to strengthening diplomatic ties with the continent’s 55 states.
So far, stressed Marlon Peña Labrador, Venezuela has 18 diplomatic missions in Africa, despite the economic and financial difficulties that the country is experiencing because of the disagreement with the West.
Regarding Independence Day, Marlon Peña Labrador, said that July 5, 1811 is one of the main dates in the country’s history, because it marks the end of the Spanish monarchy.
