Africa-Press – Angola. The Vice-President of the Republic, Esperança da Costa, presides this Tuesday over the 1st Ordinary Meeting of the Interministerial Commission for the implementation of the National Staff Training Plan (CI-PNFQ).

The meeting will analyze aspects related to the readjustment of the composition of the aforementioned Interministerial Commission, the terms and approval of the “Angola Human Capital 2024-2037” (ACH), as well as the CI-PNFQ Activity Plan.

CI-PNFQ’s duties include, among others, ensuring coordination and boosting cooperation between the various institutions with competences in matters of education, teaching and staff training, advising the Holder of the Executive Power on cross-cutting matters of education, staff training , science and technology from a perspective of defining medium and long-term national policies and strategies.

In addition, it manages the system for analysis, monitoring, evaluation and presentation of results from the implementation of the National Staff Training Plan.

Coordinated by the Vice-President of the Republic, Esperança da Costa, CI–PNFQ is also responsible for promoting the coordination of education, science, qualification and professional training policies with policies relating to social inclusion and work, proposing and approving the allocation of resources financial, material and technological resources necessary for the good implementation of the PNFQ, promote the creation of an integrated information and management system for educational and training provision, as well as align its implementation with the other strategic objectives contained in the PDN 2023-2027.
