“Vote Hunt” comes to sellers at the Calemba 2 market

Africa-Press – Angola. The National Patriotic Alliance (APN) party promised yesterday, in Luanda, to end poverty and provide better living conditions for citizens, if it wins the elections scheduled for 24 August.

The challenge was launched by the secretary general of the APN, Pedro Vita, during a campaign to mobilize voters, essentially sellers, at the Calemba 2 roundabout market, in the municipality of Kilamba Kiaxi.

During the mobilization, which was attended by people wearing white shirts with the image of the party’s president, Quintino Moreira, he promised to work to reduce inflation in order to enhance the purchasing power of citizens.

The official conveyed a message of hope for better days in case the APN wins the elections.

Pedro Vita said that, in case of victory, the APN government will create a super-ministry to Combat Poverty and People’s Suffering, which will house disadvantaged citizens, including zungueiras, unemployed and others with little income.

The APN secretary general underlined that the hunt for votes in the municipality of Kilamba Kiaxi made it possible to verify the “high degree of readiness of the militants of the local Municipal Committee”, which, in his opinion, has candidates for list delegates and duly prepared substitutes. .

“We also came to make a visit to help and control this municipality and took the opportunity to interact with the vendors at the Calemba 2 roundabout market, from where we left with the certainty that we can count on the support of the vendors”, he said.

Pedro Vita underlined that APN has already been to the Kikolo and Kilometer 30 markets in Viana, interacting with vendors and other professional classes to talk about the government program of the National Patriotic Alliance.

Regarding the national minimum wage, he stressed that the problem in Angola is not the salary but the high cost of living, so the future APN government proposes to lower the level of inflation, so that even citizens who earn 20 thousand kwanzas , “can purchase products for their subsistence”.

He emphasized that the observation made gave guarantees that the number of militants in the municipality of Kilamba Kiaxi had increased.

He asked all voters not to be deceived by false promises, stressing that the APN has a “realistic proposal” on the cost of living that involves reducing inflation and increasing national production.

The fish seller Juliana Manzambi said that she was touched by the promises made by the APN, which in her view can give back hope for better days, which involves having a steady job with acceptable remuneration.

Paulino Rufino, a shoe trader, promised to give his vote of confidence to the APN, as he was convinced by the party’s promises for a better life during the mobilization.
