Africa-Press – Botswana. Barcelona announced that it has reached an agreement with the United Nations Agency for Refugees to wear the organization’s name on its shirts (replacing Unicef, which since 2011 has been part of the Blaugrana’s kit).
Barcelona president Joan Laporta explained: “This agreement is part of the club’s new stage: to focus on refugees in the world, one of the most serious problems we are currently experiencing, with 100 million refugees. crisis in Ukraine”, reported, in Thursday’s edition, the Portuguese sports newspaper A Bola.
