Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Ministry of Health reported, this Wednesday, one death due to covid-19, in the municipality of São Filipe, Fogo, and 19 new positive cases.
The new data result from the analysis of 684 samples analyzed, four in Ribeira Grande de Santo Antão, three in Praia, two each in Boa Vista, São Vicente, São Salvador do Mundo and Ribeira Grande de Santiago, and one case each in Santa Cruz. , Ribeira Brava, São Miguel and São Domingos.
The death, in turn, was registered in the municipality of São Filipe, on the island of Fogo.
There are also records of 22 recovered, in the following municipalities: Praia 5, Ribeira Grande de Santiago 1, São Salvador Mundo, São Miguel 3, Mosteiros 3, Ribeira Grande de Santo Antão 5, São Vicente 2 and Boa Vista 2.
The country now has 106 active cases, 61543 recovered cases, 410 deaths, 46 deaths from other causes and 9 transferred, making a total of 62114 accumulated positive cases.
